Resume Lab provides AI-powered tools to assist in the creation of job application materials. By using the service, you understand that the output is generated by Artificial Intelligence and should be reviewed for accuracy by a human before submission.

2. No Guarantee of Employment

Resume Lab provides tools to enhance your application process, but we do not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment. Hiring decisions are subjective and outside our control. We are not a placement agency.

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

Upload only documents that belong to you or that you have the right to use
Not upload false, misleading, or illegal content
Use the service for legitimate job application purposes only

Resume Lab reserves the right to terminate accounts that use the service to generate fraudulent documents.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pricing:First application free. Unlimited plan is billed at $10.00 USD per month.

Cancellation:You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds:We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain copyright and ownership of all documents you upload and all content generated by the tool for your applications.

Resume Lab retains ownership of the underlying software, design, and methodology.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resume Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
