Your Career Memory is Vaulted, Not Shared.
At Resume Lab, we treat your professional history as a tangible asset. Securing that asset is our primary engineering directive. We utilize enterprise-grade encryption and strict access controls to ensure your data remains private.
Core Security Measures
Encryption in Transit and at Rest
All data uploaded to Resume Lab (PDFs, transcripts, notes) is encrypted using TLS 1.3 while moving between your device and our servers. Once stored, it is protected via AES-256 encryption standards. The same level used by banks and government agencies.
Private AI Processing
When our AI analyzes your documents to generate a resume, it does so in an isolated, stateless environment. We do not use your personal data to train our public AI models. Your experience teaches your specific instance of Resume Lab, not the general algorithm.
Data Isolation
Your "Career Memory" is logically isolated from other users. There is no "cross-pollination" of data between accounts. Your documents, parsed content, and generated materials are accessible only to you.
Deletion Rights
You retain full ownership of your data. If you delete a document or your account, it is permanently wiped from our servers immediately. We do not retain "shadow copies" of deleted user data.
